FICCI Flo Lucknow-Kanpur Chapter resolved to change this in their region. Armed with the national ‘SWAYAM’ initiative of Flo, they set about looking for genuine projects to generate livelihood for women in the region. The task was not easy, as it had to be preceded with skill development and capacity building.

Aparna Reddy, aka Pinky Reddy is a woman who dared to take on the mantle of a trail blazer and created her own unique identity as an entrepreneur and business woman. Rati Dhandhania is the National Head of FLO’s Swayam initiative, encouraging over 5000 women entrepreneurs – at different stages of their journey. She was Chairperson – FICCI FLO Bangalore Chapter 2015-16. A networking catalyst, she has helped bring people, business and opportunities together. Hailing from a renowned business family and a post graduate in international business from London, she has been actively bringing in national & international best practices to the entrepreneurship initiative.
